A little bit about Lisa:
Lisa Erickson is an energy worker specializing in women’s energetics, sexual trauma healing, and chakra manifestation. She is the author of Chakra Empowerment for Women and The Art and Science of Meditation both published by Llewellyn Worldwide. She aids individuals through major life transits and trauma healing, with a particular focus on women’s sexual trauma. Lisa is certified in mindfulness meditation instruction and has trained in a variety of kundalini and energy healing modalities including with internationally acclaimed healer and author Cyndi Dale. She is certified in the somatic technique Feeding Your Demons through Lama Tsutrim Allione. She is a member of the International Association of Meditation Instructors, the Energy Medicine Practitioners Association, and The Breathe Network, a non-profit dedicated to supporting holistic healing and healers for sexual trauma survivors.
