In this week’s episode, I had the honor of discussing the importance of implementing meditation into your life with Author Lisa Erickson.

So many women are afraid to begin the journey of meditation. My clients tell me it is usually due to two reasons. First, they either don’t know how to do it or they feel like they cannot do it right. J

Join me as Lisa breaks down for us the reasons why we should meditate. She discusses the benefits of meditation and walks us through the basics of beginning your own meditation practice.

Meditation can be an important tool in your tool box when it comes to being proactive in all areas of your life. Take the 5 minute challenge and start your own practice!
