High-achieving single women have agendas & schedules for everything…including exercise. Instead of being in the moment for what exercise can offer you, we are constantly stuck in the cycle of outcomes. When we are not achieving the outcome we desire with exercise, we will stop all together.
When we stop, we punish ourselves. When we punish ourselves, our confidence starts to diminish. This can trickle into all parts of our lives including dating. What is the solution to rebuilding your relationship with your body & with exercise?
